What we keep, and why.

Last updated 30 September 2026. This page covers the early-access signup on this site. VeriBasis itself is in development, and this page doesn’t describe it.

What we store

When you join early access, we store your email address, the profession you chose, the firm size you chose, and the time you joined (in UTC). Each entry also gets an internal row number. That is all of it.

What we don’t store

We don’t store your IP address, your browser details, or anything that follows you around the web.

To slow down automated signups, the server keeps a short-lived count of recent attempts from each network address, in temporary memory. That count is never written to our database, and it disappears on its own.

Why we keep it

For one thing: to email you about early access to VeriBasis. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it lives

In a database run by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), the company that hosts this site. NorthGate Strategic LLC can read it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until early access ends, whichever comes sooner. Then we delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. It may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare delivers this site. Like any web host, it handles the network details needed to do that, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy.
